Procedure of Strategic Force

Backed by a highly experienced operations team, we specialize in managing and coordinating security personnel for a diverse range of clients, including multinational companies, banks, corporate offices, educational institutions, medical facilities, hospitals, hotels, malls, residential complexes, and autonomous organizations.
Recruiting
Procedure
– Guard-to-Guard sourcing.
– Using social media platforms to recruit.
– Advertising through flyers, newspapers, and digital media.
– Post locations and local area-based recruiting.
Selection
Procedure
– General Requirements –
Candidates must be at least 20 years to 45 years of age for Security Guard(s) and 25 to 55 years of age for Security Supervisor(s)/ In-Charge(s)/ Inspector(s), with provisions that the candidates must be able to perform as required for their position.
– Citizen/ Nationality –
Must be a citizen of Bangladesh where NID/ Birth Certificates prove identity. Personnel must share their Union Chairman’s certificate for more clearance.
– Education –
Candidates must be capable enough to read, write, and speak in Bengali or the language most appropriate to his or her assigned duties. In the view of academic knowledge minimum JSC or equivalent standards are applicable. Educational certificates are mandatory in terms of selection criteria.
– Physical Fitness –
Candidates must have physical and mental fitness for the assignment. In case of the Client’s requirements, we may provide medical fitness certificates for security personnel.
– Fingerprints –
Submission of fingerprints of all candidates with all their fingers on both hands for police verification.
